1. Education:
University degree majoring in quality management or mechanical engineering
2. Experience:
- at least 3 years as responsible Quality Engineer/Manager in automotive industry for metal working,
- familiar with metal MIG/MAG welding technology and metal press parts,
- knowledge in advanced quality assurance like FMEA, Feasibility Study and other tools,
- knowledge in metal & metallograph,
- measuring technique like 3D measuring machines and standard measuring system,
- implementation of SPC, statistical analysis and QM System,
- ISO/TS16949 classification
- proven experience of business negotiation
3. Language:
fluent English in both oral and written
4. Personal Traits:
- strong sense of responsibility,
- outgoing and affirmative,
- self starter & team player,
- good interpersonal skills & communication
- working experience in a multi-national as a plus
- able to work under high pressure
