Position: General Ledger Report To: Finance Manager
Job Description:
• Bookkeeping review; check and prepare manual journals
• Ensure general ledger and sub-ledger are reconciled on weekly basis
• Perform monthly end and yearly end closing activities
• Conduct monthly Trail Balance review and follow up long time outstanding item
• Prepare statutory reporting
• Prepare and submit corporate financial reporting packages
• Implement internal control procedure and execution and facilitate regular internal/external audit.
• Co-ordinate with external auditors on time schedules and issues identified during the year end-audits.
-Perform other directly related appropriate duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree in accounting or above.
- At least 3 years practical GL experience in multinational and manufacturing company.
- Self motivated, discipline, integrity with management and leadership potential, a good team player;
-Solid understanding of PRC GAAP and US GAAP
-Manufacturing industry working experience is must.
-Professional qualification is preferred, such as CICPA.
-Experience with ERP system is a must. Mfg/Pro (QAD) experience highly preferred.
-Good computer skills.
-Strong communication skills, good command of English.
