1. 制定公司人力资源整体战略规划;
2. 起草、修改和完善人力资源相关管理制度和工作流程;
3. 制定招聘计划和程序,开展招聘工作;
4. 建立绩效管理体系并监督控制各部门绩效评价过程,提出激励计划和具体实施办法;
5. 推动公司理念及企业文化的形成。
6. 协调各部门间的人事关系;
任职资格:
经 验:5年以上行政人事方面工作经验,其中3年以上行政人事管理经验。30-40岁。
基本素质要求:对人力资源的各个模块工作流程和体系熟悉,具有较强的语言表达能力,人际交往能力,应变能力,沟通能力和解决问题的能力。具备较强的责任感和敬业精神。英语四级以上。

HR Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Frame the HR strategy of company.
2. Draft out、amend、consummate the HR regulations and standard working procedures.
3. Responsible for recruitment plan and recruitment working procedures.
4. Frame Performance Evaluation system, supervise the Performance Evaluation procedures, put forward the incentive measure and detailed working procedures.
5. Promote the formation of company management philosophy and company culture.
6. Coordinate the HR among different sectors.
Qualification:
Experience: Worked in the field of Administration & HR for more than 5 years, at least 3 years Administration & HR management experience. 30-40 years old.
Qualification: Familiar with HR working mode and procedures; Oral expression ability; High Interpersonal Quotient; Ability of communication, innovation, dealing with emergency and solving problem; Strong sense of commitment and responsibility; CET-4 or above.
