1. Manage and direct a team in the delivery of on-time and high quality product software

Bachelor Degree or above
Experience or good knowledge in one area of telecommunications technologies, such as GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, NGN , xDSL or data communications
Project management experience
Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
