responsibility:
- Analyze the processes needed to manufacture finished products and sub-assembly parts
- Do the Make or Buy analysis
- If make is decided, define the detailed process (stations, Quality devices, cycle time, Kosu, budget)
- Prepare the IAR
- Work with Purchasing for supplier contract preparation (technical specification)
- Manage the realization from RFQ to suppliers to final validation in Valeo plant
- Do and maintain all documentation linked to process (PFMEA, Working Instructions, Process parameters setting)
- Work with Quality to define control plan and 1st part checking sheet
- Train Production people, prepare and perform the FDPR
- Support production in case of process trouble (Quality issue, product performance not reached, Kosu improvement plan)
- Contributor to Process PTM (knowledge of generic process, process specialist, help for respect of standards)
Requirements:
- bachelor degree or above
- Major in IE or mechanical
- English fluent
